Shipping policy

All items under £30 are shipped Royal Mail First class. Whilst no tracking for this service is available we expect orders to reach you within 3 weeks. If you have not received your order please contact us via email and we can investigate further.

All items over £30 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked. A tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch. 

Delivery Dates

We will always try to deliver on time, All Delivery dates are estimates and are not legally binding. If you have paid an extra fee for a specific delivery date or deadline and this is delayed beyond this date then we will refund the cost of the extra fee only and not the full cost of the goods. Should a date be missed through no fault or delay caused by us then the fee is still applicable and the soonest delivery date possible will be acceptable.
